On the occasion of 50th anniversary of Hanoi University of Technology, the First International Conference on Communications and Electronics (ICCE'06) will be organized by, and held at Hanoi University of Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam, from October 10-11, 2006. This conference is technically sponsored by the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE) of Japan, and the Institute of Electronics Engineers of Korea (IEEK), also is cooperatively sponsored by IEICE Technical Group on Electromagnetic Theory (EMT), Gifu University of Japan, Information and Communications University of Korea.
