Welcome to the First International Conference
on Communications and Electronics (ICCE'06)

On the occasion of 50th anniversary of Hanoi University of Technology, the First International Conference on Communications and Electronics (ICCE'06) will be organized by, and held at Hanoi University of Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam, from October 10-11, 2006. This conference is technically sponsored by the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE), the Institute of Electronics Engineers of Korea (IEEK), and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), also is cooperatively sponsored by IEEE AP-S and MTT-S, IEICE ES and CS, IEICE Technical Committee on EMT, Gifu University of Japan, and the Information and Communications University of Korea.
