Welcome to the Second International Conference
on Communications and Electronics (ICCE 2008)

Sponsored by Hanoi University of Technology (HUT), the Second International Conference on Communications and Electronics (ICCE 2008) is devoted to the research, development, and application of communications and electronics technologies, and aims at continuing and accelerating the momentum of researching in telecommunication areas. The conference will bring together researchers from all over the world to discuss their studies and to share their experiences. The ICCE 2008 is organized by Hanoi University of Technology, and will be held at Golden Sand Resort in Hoi An City, from 4 through 6 June, 2008. It is technically co-sponsored by IEEE MTT-S and AP-S, IEICE E-S and C-S, IEEK and IEEE Vietnam Section, Radio Electronics Association of Vietnam (REV), and cooperativerly sponsored by the German Academic Exchange Services (DAAD). The accepted full papers will be published in IEEE Xplore.
