1. One full registration is valid up to 2 papers, the third paper should be registered as an extra full registration.
2. The co-author of a paper should also register as full registration.
3. The participant who has no accepted papers should also register as full registration.
4. The accepted papers will appear in the conference proceeding if the payment has been made and at least one author will present the paper at the conference

   * The authors whose papers have been conducted in Vietnamese universities and research institutions can be qualified for a financial support given by our research-aid fund.In order to apply, an email that includes Paper ID, Paper Title, your Title and Affiliation should be sent to icce2008@hut-icce.org from the email used in paper submission.

6. For registration and payment before May 15, an additional fee of 25% for accommodation will be added. After May 15, the registration and payment on-site are possible subject to additional 10% of the total payment.
7. Before May 20, the cancellation is possible subject to an administration fee of 25% of the payment made. After May 20, no-refund is possible.
8. The full and student registration include: coffee breaks, 01 proceeding, 2 lunches on June 5 and 6 and attending all tutorials and technical sessions.

10. All ICCE 2008 participants are kindly requested to have health insurance when entering Vietnam.
