  Please find below the instruction for your pickup service:

  1. The meeting points:

  • At Noibai Airport Terminal 2 (International terminal):
    • Private Car: The driver will bring a sign with your name and stand near the info desk within the arrival area of the international terminal T2 (the area is covered by the blue line in the picture)
    • Shuttle Bus: You will see the sign related to conference at the same place above (the area is covered by the blue line in the picture), the sign will be: “Welcome to IEEE ICCE 2016. Bus time, bus code, bus traffic Noi bai Inter. Airport – Ha Long”.

  

  • At Hanoi University of Science and Technology
    • The Shuttle Bus will park in front of Ta Quang Buu Library inside the HUST campus. You can take a taxi to go to the address: Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Entrance Tran Dai Nghia Street, Hai Ba Trung Dist. Ha Noi, then you can walk about 3 minutes to the library (since the taxi is not allowed to go inside the campus). Below is the picture you will see when you arrival .

  

  2. The shuttle bus from Ha Long will start from Novotel Ha Long Bay Hotel, drop by Noibai Inter. airport, and then continue moving to the final destination in front of Ta Quang Buu Library.
