Registration

Before making registration, please read carefully the following notes:

1. One registration is valid up to 2 papers, the third paper should be registered as an extra registration.
2. Co-authors of a paper should also register to attend the conference.
3. Participants who have no accepted papers should register to attend the conference. Companions of authors who will not attend in technical sessions can join coffee breaks and lunch by buying extra lunch tickets.
4. All registrations associated with accepted papers should be made by June 8th 2012.
5. Accepted papers will appear in the conference proceeding if the payment has been made and at least one author will present the paper at the conference.
6. All authors must upload a PDF file of their camera-ready manuscripts to their EDAS account by June 8th 2012.

* The authors whose papers have been conducted in Vietnamese universities and research institutions can be qualified for a financial support given by our research-aid fund. In order to apply, an email that includes Paper ID, Paper Title, your Title and Affiliation should be sent to
icce2012@hut-icce.org from the email used in paper submission.
8. For registration and payment after June 30th, an additional fee of 10% for accommodation will be added.
9. Cancellation policy:
- Cancellation between June 08th and June 30th is possible subject to an administration fee of USD50.
- Between July 1st and July 20th, the cancellation is possible subject to an administration fee of 50% of the payment made. After July 20th, no refund is possible.
10. The full and student registration include: coffee breaks, 01 CD-ROM proceedings, lunches and attending all tutorials and technical sessions.

12. All ICCE 2012 participants are kindly requested to have health insurance when entering Vietnam.
